Disseminated Aspergillosis is a rare occurence in immunocompetent hosts. A 26 year old male without immunocompromise was treated at our institution for disseminated aspergillosis involving the eye, lung and brain. Aspergillus fumigatus was isolated both in clinical samples as well as culture of the patient's oral testosterone booster supplements. These isolates were compared using whole genome sequencing and the results presented in this poster. This case may represent a novel means of Aspergillus invasion and dissemination via the gastrointestinal system.
